u can acually teach urself. just get a book of shadows(or how non witches call it a spell book) and learn runes. right now im teaching myself nacturnal witchcraft. not easy but im getting it. wish u luck from one witch to a beginer.

check out the etymology of wicca and witch and you'll soon find a way to teach yourself, as there are plenty of techniques to find self knowledge floating about for free.

You either got it or you ain't; and if you're looking to be TAUGHT, my guess is - you ain't got it.
Save your money and invest in something more realistic...like flying pigs.
