This is the category for special education, this refers to school children who have special educational needs.

You would get better answers if you post this question in the about where to find data and research about your topic in the Society & Culture category.

If you want the procedure for writing an essay on your opinions, you should have this in your text or assignment -- you could search "opinion essay format" to see examples. You are basically writing your side of a conversation which tries to convince others of your opinion.

Basically you should have several paragraphs beginning with an introduction (here you "begin the conversation" by mentioning the topic and beginning to discuss the idea and getting the reader interested to they pay attention to what you are going to "say")
At the end of this paragraph you state your opinion.

The next paragraph(s) explain your point of view thoroughly, giving reasons -- This is the "body"

The conclusion restates your ideas and sums up why you are right and what should be done to solve the problem.

has teen pregnancy increased in america?

anyways, start by outlining the facts you have researched. get to know the material and get a feel for what you want to say. i write intros and conclusions last to ensure that i am mentioning only what is in the body and nothing extra.

expand your outline to include a theme and major points. you should also mention these in your intro and concl.

also know what the teacher is looking for. should it be persuasive or informative? persuasive essays are sometimes easier because you can include bias that must be left out of an informative essay.

Maybe you should go back to English I and learn how to write a legible sentence! Am I to believe you're actually going to attempt to write about teen pregnancy? I feel for your teacher! How in the world is he/she going to interpret what you put to paper?
What grade are you in, and how did you graduate to wherever you are now with such low writing skills?

I think you're saying that your premise is that teen pregnancy has increased in America, which isn't true for the last ten years or so. It has decreased. If that's not what you're saying, then clarify your topic.
