It depends on whether you were making the bet in a legal manner, such as at a casino.

If it wasn't legal, it's not enforceable in court.

That means they will either break your legs or do nothing at all, depending on who you bet with.

You better hope that it was with a big corporate casino. If that were the case you'll just go to jail. If it's a bookie, run and hide and make sure you take your family with you.
