all people doing it by chance, they don't know what they did to turn the screen upside down, also they don't like to use thier brains, they are using the simplest solution which is calling maintenance team, I have many many problems like this every day!

When they are calling you, you have job security. When the calls stop well, hope your unemployment pays well. User errors are the reason I'm employed by my state. Sounds like a Gateway problem.

If you aren't willing to help people that UNADVERTEDLY got into problem, most problably because of poor documentation, as is the norm nowadays, you should SERIOUSLY CONSIDER QUITTING and look for a job where you don't have to deal with clients.
