On December 21, 2012, the Mayan Calendar ends, and rebegins a new cycle.
Oh, by the way, a similar inflection point in the Mayan calendar occurred when Cortes the Killer landed on the shores of the New World.
Supposedly, that will be full contact with the Extraterrestrial Biological Entities. We might want to be a little more careful than Montezuma was.
Cortes' appearance was predicted by the Mayan Calendar, and a completely new world starts on the above listed day.
Edit: A LOT of other calendars and predictions of eschatalogical events can be interpreted to correspond to within 3 or 4 years of that date.

The big friggin building site 10 minutes down the road from me will host They Olympics for two weeks. It will then beome a vast, over priced housing estate, featuring sporting facilities that no-one in the vicinity can afford to use.

I don't know when, but something bad is going to happen. This world is going on a wrong way, and if we are not going to do something soon, it's too late. So I don't know if it's going to be religious thing or what, but every day I'm more sure that this world can't go on this way.

gawd I will be old! lol but I hope I will be happy! and in love! so I hope for the best!(and I wont be that old.. just older) lol oh yea and my son will be graduating from high school and going to college! yea!!!
