The Mafia. JFK jumped on Sam Giancana's girlfriend's bones. Also, JFK and RFK went after the Mafia way too hard, in violation of an agreement between Joe Kennedy and the Mob to "lay off" in return for the Mafia "fixing" the Illinois vote count in favor of JFK

It was conspiracy involving the CIA, Castro, The Mafia, The KGB, The Roscrucians, The Elks Club, Kiwanis, The Illumaniti, The Knights Templar, and The Atlanteans. The guy didn't have a chance!!

I think it was aliens... but seriously, I have seen a lot of documentaries and proof from both sides and they both are very inconclusive. Personally i think it was Lee Harvey Oswald but only because of his personal history.
