Call a friend you can talk to and try to make it to tomorrow morning.

Talk to a friend's parents if there are some you are on good terms with. Then go to school and talk to a guidance counselor or school nurse first thing in the morning. Ask your homeroom or first period teacher to excuse you from classes so you can go to the counselor ASAP.

Look in the front of your phone book for mental health help hotlines. Almost every town or city has some. Or call the psychiatric department of a hospital and ask if they know of any hotline numbers.

There's people out there who care, even if your parents won't help you and you have no car or money.

go straight to the drug store and get a bottle of st johns wort! seriously, i just had a break down too and couldnt afford to go back to my doctor.i started out with 1 pill for the first 3 days when that didnt help i went to 2 in the morn. its only about 7 dollars. if your parents love you like i know you do theyll help you get the vitamins.
then after you start taking them end the noise in your head dies down, send me an e-mail of whats bothering you and ill do my best to help for as long as you need it.i know how you feel. ive been suffering in my dark place my whole life. my e-mail address is skysmama77@yahoo.com. if anyone else feels the same way a give st johns wort a try, let me know how it helps and feel free to ask me questions. ill do my best to help. the reason why im doing this is because i dont want anyone to feel the kind of pain ive fely my whole life. i have learned how to get through everything and to see things for what they really are. ide like to help you all move on with your lives in some kind of peace.

ps the problems are still here, but the vitamin has given me my mind back and i can finally start to find solutions to my problems. it works fast. dont over do it though. it is like prozac or paxil. like all pills you must be careful but the nice thing is that this stuff is all natural. ive seen no side affects and all ive felt is hope and more happiness. life isnt all bad.

Call everyone you know and like and who likes you immediately and don't stop until you feel better. Your friends are like a lifeline, they will help you because they know and love you. We all inherit our families but we chose our friends for good reasons. A very important thing for you to know is that very often this (depression) is caused by things beyond your control, like fluctuations in hormone levels, it feels like you have no way out but if you just wait it out you have a chance to have a better day, if you end it your chances are gone and the world goes on as if nothing happened. Call for help, call everyone and anyone, this is no different than if you fell into a dark pit and needed a hand to get out of there. See only happy movies, happy sitcoms, happy people, get rid of every negative thing in your life, fight for your happiness even if some people get mad at you, its your right to be happy and live a good life. Soon you will be old enough to go out on your own and deal with things in your own way, make a better life. I tried suicide when I was 16, obviously botched it, since then I have had my ups and downs but the ups are way ahead now. Trust me on this, you can be happy, people want to help you, ther will be a better day.

there s a 1 800 number, crises services or something. If you live in or near a city there are usually free clinics to get psychiatric therapy. the more you talk about your feelings, the better your chances of coping with them in a healthy fashion. try excersizing or writing or anything that you used to do a lot but rarely do anymore. The fact that you are reaching out for answers is a good sign. Talk to your parents seriously about how you feel, be as honest as you can, and beg them get you the help you need.

Go to this site www.familydoctor.org and click on suicide, print some information out and take it to your parents. You can also call a crisis hotline in your town, look in the phone book and call.

Your not alone, I know things might seem hopeless but they are not, please try to find someone to talk to, you are worth so much more than you feel right now, I promise things will get better if you just hang on!!

Just realize that killing yourself won't solve any of your problems. Try to convince your parents to take you to a therapist. Open the line of communication between yourself and your parents by telling him what you feel/are feeling. I'm sure they'll realize this is a serious issue and help you out in every way possible but PLEASE don't think about suicide coz suicide is for cowards---and YOU ARE NOT a coward. God Bless. You'll be in my prayers.

Calm down, breathe & think.. expand.. really think past what's making you feel this way & how good you wanna be in the future, what you wanna accomplish.. make some goals if you have none, writing in a diary or journal sometimes is helpful, but having a GOOD friend is even better if you have someone who is trustworthy & knows how to be understanding doing this time because your in a real sensitive state.

Okay, if you go to school, go to the counsler there, and tell him or her "how" you feel. If you are "not" in school, call "anyone who will listen. If they hang up on you, or push this off like it's nothing, call someone else. Call untill you have someone on the line who "will" listen. Or, if you know of anywhere you can go and speak with someone in person, go right now, okay? I'm not really professionally qualified to help you, because I'm not "there" with you, and don't know of anyone where you are that can help, okay? Just start making that call, alright? Good luck & God bless.
