Jaded means bored, a state of ennui, not able to get interested or enthusiastic about anything. It's an emotional, not a physical condition.

It might mean that you are so accustomed to something that it no longer excites or interests you. Eg The rich girl was jaded by holidays to paris. It is just so dull to you!

Basically it means you once had an idealistic optimistic opinion of something when you had little experience with it, but once you had more experience with it, you realized it isn't so great.
