Hahaha! I use "the google" and "the internets" for maps.

Google does not use an article in naming itself.
The internet does not take a plural, following rules of basic English convention.
The internet no longer functions on tubes to ensure the flow of information but instead exploits the conductive nature of many metals in the form of wires to exchange information.
