My husband and I are TTC...I find that once I ovulate and we have sex, that I am scared to exercise in fear that something could happen to the fetus, if there happened to be one at the time. Walking is one thing...I'm not scared of doing that....but what about crunches, riding a bike, etc? I probably sound like a fruit loop......

No, you sound like a concerned parent to be!
Exercise in moderation is great for you and your baby...I rode bikes, swam, and walked daily with all of my pregnancies. With the first 3 I went to the gym, lifted moderate weights, and continued with my pre-pregnancy routine with no problems.
It takes ALOT to miscarry if you are healthy and the baby is healthy. (I went down 2 flights of stairs in my 7th month..totally bruised myself, I did rush to out Midwife, to sent me to an ob/gyn for a ultea sound...all was fine!)

it's ok to be concerned. But keeping healthy and exercising is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Even if you are expecting or TTC.
Just don't over do yourself, keep it moderate, no extreme heavy lifting and you should be just fine!
Trust me, nothing will fall out or no harm will be done to the fetus!

I would do the same stuff you did before you got pregnant because your body is use to it.
