I want to have a bonfire party on the beach, but it is hard to find dry wood at where I live. So is there any other way I can start a bonfire using other fuel?

At any hardware store you can purchase several Duralogs or similar products....they are wood chips and sawdust compressed into wax and are used as firestarters in fireplaces but will burn for quite a while on their own and aren't too expensive. They can be found on sale frequently for under $2.00 each.

Use dried seaweed or rocks covered with gas... It's not very good, but it'll work... Sometimes...

Well if you don't have wood, then what do you propose you will burn?
