how do i do the splits?!?!

Warm-up your muscle for preventing strains!!!
one good excercise for that is to start a half split (front leg stretched and back leg folds at the knee) then go for the other leg.... since there are different splits the "grand écart" which is the frontal split and the "split" which is lateral... try the lateral one before the frontal one....
Another good thing is to try it lying on the floor and having someone help with the stretch, again avoiding injuries....
If you want to be picky.... go to a ballet school....

You just need to practice and stretch everyday. You should run for 5-10 minutes and then stretch. Muscles stretch more when they are warm.

Stretch you hamstrings and other parts of your leg muscles daily.

i dont know but i can put my leg bhind my head . the splints its harder. ask a gymnist or somthing !
