I can't answer this because my dog pisses on peoples wheels. There just tires though try to not be so anal

try puting vinegar around the rims....it won't harm the dog, but the smell and taste might keep the dog away. Well, it works for cats for sure, but it wouldn't hurt to try it....And, vinegar will at least take the smell away if you pour it over the rims after he urinates on them.

Get some wire and hook it up to the electric & put it near the tire. You'll be havin' fried dog for dinner, mmmmm.

Piss a circle around your tires everyday and that will become your territory. You have to sink to their level.
