fuel filter or a heat guard

Could be your fuel pump, or spark plugs,

it could also be your massive airflow exchange ( I am pretty sure that is the word for it) It is what controls the mixture of air and gas, my car was doing the same thing not to long ago and that is what they said it was. It cost me $400 to have it fixed, but it has not done it any more since

It actually got so bad it didnt want to start. If your check engine light is on, take it into a shop and have them check the codes, that is how they found it on mine

I would be more incline to think its a voltage problem... If your alternator is starting to fail your battery voltage will drop, that will cause the engine to stall sometimes... Have you noticed your dash display going out and coming back on?... I would get the alternator checked out...

Check your fuel filter or your battery is fully charged. Your alternator may not be fully charging the battery.
