Get black eyeliner (the one that twists up, not the pencil) and carefully draw all around the eye as close to the eye as you possibly can. Then take the opposite side of the eyeliner ( It should be a small white sponge) and very lightly go over the eyeliner you just applied. This creates a smoked look. She also seems to be wearing some bronze sparkle eyeshadow, looks great with a tan skin tone.

simple, outline your upper lid (by the last line), and the bottom, inside and outside,(if you choose), next using a small eyeshadow brush or a smudge stick, carefully smudge the eyeliner, if it's not dark enough you can repeat but stay within the smudge line or you'll look like a raccoon! or you can use black eye shadow to enhance your smudging. hope this helps!

Take a black eyeliner pencil and trace your eyelid on both top and bottom. Make the edges (the parts of your eyelids closer to your ears) a little thicker than the other parts. If it looks to thin on top, you can always add black or dark eyeshadow to the top and smear it in.

You will need black eyeliner and a brush. Put black eyeliner on the top and bottom lids, with the liner brush you would brush it towards the outsides of your eyes. and use a smokey color of eye shadow. grey or black.
