Chevy's is the best of the chain restaurants -- I like their tortillas. But you have to go to the Southwest U.S. (AZ, CA) for authentic Mexican food.

I did once, but we have a lot of Mexican-like food restaurants here in Arizona. I prefer Baja style over Sonoran though....
