There are three possibilities for that. One you could just be gripping the pen or pencil too tightly. Second you could have carpal tunnel. It is getting very popular among kids your age due to excessive internet usage and video gaming. Third it could be arthritis. But if I had to bet I would put my money on the second possible cause. Try sleeping in a hand brace for the next couple of weeks. If that helps then it's carpal tunnel. Why do you think they started making game controllers with the vibrations function. (let me give you a hint: it was to try and combat the large amount of kids that are getting carpal tunnel at an extremely young age)

No one has taught you how to handle the pencil/pen correctly. You should have a loose grip & be able to write without holding it in a "death grip". You should be using your Hand & wrist, instead of just your fingers. Try making circles & ovals by just holding the pen loosely in thumb & 1st 2 fingers. Good luck!

You might go to a store where they have an assortment of pens and try one that is fatter with a soft section for gripping
