I was on ebay and i purchased what i think is a Juicy Couture Tracksuit. I also did research on ebay through the "ebay guides". The guide told me what to look for and it said to look for an orange tag attatched to the hoodie and pants for a small and i did, and that was correct, but i kept reading on, and it mentioned something about the tags not being shiny, something like if it is shiny it is a fake, and mine are shiny. I then called up Juicy's Customer Assistance but they couldnt help me...

I'm having some doubts because I have bee looking through Juicy's website and all of their clothing is 80% cotton, 20% something else, while on mine it says 100% cotton.....so thats another disadvantage.

I am so pissed off, I dont think its real. I think I want my money back and i had already left them positive feedback!

I learned a big lesson to check first :(

Been there. The first thing you can do is contact the seller, but if I had to guess they won't be helpful. If you don't get results contact Ebay and explain your situation. They have contacts for fraud, etc.
I know that I have learned the hard way that sellers who deal exclusively in name brand clothing :i.e. juicy, abercrombie & fitch, etc. are almost always fakes.and usually their feedback shows it too.(they may have high feedback but a few will have noticed that the merchandise is fake)

#1//never leave feedback until your sure your purchase is what it claims to be. nor should you use negative feedback as retaliation, try to clear the matter up with them first. go back and read the description again, carefully. see if they stated it was authentic "juicy". the seller may have a loophole there. if, it turns out that they are selling fakes..report them to ebay. what kind of rating did they have? how many transactions have they done? what was the reason they got negative feedback, if any.
these are main things to consider when buying from someone on ebay.I buy and sell on ebay..have never had a problem, i may be lucky, but i think, throughly checking out buyers and sellers is the is the real reason.

i became scammed final year on Ebay...became meant to be ordering identity eyeshadow. What handed off became somebody observed my bid, copied the Ebay emblem and employer's call sending me an digital mail I had gained the bid and itemizing charge training. properly, I not at all have been given the eyeshadow, not at all have been given my money back, and Ebay stated there became no longer something they might do. I lost $80 5 on that deal and function not at all used Ebay on account that. I did document a complaint with the FBI, yet have not heard something in all this time....i'm hoping this son of a gun became caught and put in penitentiary!

You can go to the site map and click on feedback follow up and leave additional information. You can't change it to a negative, but you can rat the seller out! Hopefully you paid via pay pal (ONLY use pay pal to be safe!) you need to contact pay pal and open a dispute if you have already emailed the seller without results. Good luck!! (By the way, what did this seller's feedback say from previous buyers?)

Take it to a Juicy store in your area, if there is one. Notify ebay asap so the seller doesn't sell any other fake suits.

yes, try contacting the seller to get your money back, they don't have to give it to you but they might be nice. Also you could in turn sell it yourself if you don't want to wear it. Just some suggestions.

since you have already left positive feedback, there's probably nothing you can do.
