Yes, some sites are illegal, like limewire. But there are websites like Yahoo and AOL Music, and Napster, that require a monthly fee, but you have unlimited downloads that you can play on your mps player. These are compatible with most mp3 players except iPods. I myself have an ipod, so i dont know how these work, but they seem pretty good. Good Luck!

Yea its illegal but who cares... the best and safest way to download free music is from limewire... dowloding it and the music is all free.. its great
