ive always wondered cos im a big sports fan especially ice hockey

2 be butch is to have rediculace un girl like muscils. Have a washboard isn't buth it's sexy haveing a 6 pack with a 6 pack in it on a girl or haveing guns with veins is butch. Or a large girls who beats up other girls is butch.
having sports knowledge isn't butch in fact it helps get a guy cause you can do and talk about more things with them, and enjoy the same things.
so no you rnot see as butch the fact you might know alto is anything might turn a guy on...

I am a girl and a huge sports fan and my boyfriend thinks it is really cool that I like watching Baseball, Football, and Nascar Racing.

not all guys are into sports but most of us like it when u sit next to us and watch the entire game without getting up or cook. my girl orders the pizza and the beer is always cold b4 the game begins.

There's nothing I love more than a woman who knows her sports. She must also love to eat pizza and swill beer. But she must also remain a lady from time to time. But to me, there's no intimidation to that. And I know plenty of athletic females that can whip men, but still be womanly. Great question. You should make lost of male friends.

competition is sometimes healthy. but when taken seriously...not too good. if the girl understands the game: cool, kinda cute too. when the girl knows the game and rambles off names of players, then, well, not so fun any more lol. its both good and bad. it really depends on the type of guy.

I don't think it would be butch, and if a guy gets upset about such a mundane thing, get rid of him, He is a control freak.

its cool when they knoe about sports but not cool when they know more...a guy likes to help the girl with undertanding the game...not vice versa

I like when they at least know the rules but I find it quite repulsive when they know strategy.
