If you're talking about a makeup, I am tan and have olive skin tone and still use my MAC powder bronzer . The shade is called Refined Golden and its not the least bit orange. It smooths out my makeup and gives me a healthy looking glow. I use it more of it in the summer when I am tanner so I do not have to change the shade of foundation that I purchase .

If you're talking about a cream bronzer for your body ....some of those get to be and orangy shade so skip it for the winter.

Bronzers are really good to get past your tanning "platteau"

If you are tanned already i shouldn't think that you would need bronzer too. Seems superfluous to needeg if you already have a washing machine that works...do you need another.

Yes and no. Yes if you still have yellow, undertones. For ex: If your white and you got a tan, apply it to your face where you'd like it to enhance your tan's glow, also, a little on arms, and quads will do the same for your tan. However, if your dark and you got a tan, no sense in using brozer, use a highlighting lotion or creme, such as Benefit Flamingo..it works nicely.

no. try to avoid using any type of makeup you don't need if you can. so if you are already tan you dont need ANY bronzer.

No, if you have naturally dark skin and you use a bronzer, you'll end up looking orange.

not really, unless you want to give your skin a nice glam bronze sun kissed look. this is very popular in summer and goes well with bright flowing dresses, and plain and simple bikinis

Like powder brozer for your face? Depending on what you use, it may give a nice glow to your cheekbones.
