It depends on the club/bar, but for most you have to be 21 to get in. If it's more of a restaurant, you can be 18 or even younger, but you cannot drink. Finally, there are some clubs that have 18 and over nights(but you still cannot drink if you are under 21).

It actually depends on the state law where your at some states allow drinking at age 18 some states they can only drink beer at 18. most states including mine California
you have to be 21 to buy liquor or drink in a club or bar..

18 to party 21 to drink..they give you a hand stamp or a different color band if you are 18.

it depends on what one you want to go to. its usually 21, and definitely if there is alcohol present. but some are for 18 and up, you just gotta look really hard
