There are 25.4 fl. ounces in a bottle of red wine with 12.5% alcohol. There are 12 fl ounces in bottle of beer with 5% alcohol. How many ounces of beer would you need to consume to intake the same amount of alcohol as the 25.4 fl. oz bottle of red wine.

5.3 beers, or 63.5 oz .........................Clifton is also right. If you have 30 oz of beer at 5% and 25.4 oz of wine at 12.5% per ounce, the wine is more than twice as strong as the beer. SO if you drank 25.4oz of wine, you can drink twice the ammount of beer and not get as ****** up. I really hope I get a best answer to this. All this math and thinking about drinking is making me want to get smashed HAHA!!!

There is 12.5% alcohol in the wine and 5% in beer. So 12.5/5 is 2.5 so you need 2.5 beers. This means that 2.5 beers equal one bottle of wine. Then 2.5*12 = 30 ounces of beer. You need 30 ounces of beer to do = 25.4 ounces of red wine

3.175=N x .05

N=63.5
