I have a relative who was deported from the usa for 10 yrs. due to a criminal issue. It's been 3yrs. can I file anything to get him back early. thank you for your help

You should see an attorney but I don't think that it is possible to get him back early. An attorney who specializes in immigration issues is your best bet and some will give you a free 15 minute phone consultation.

no and even after ten years it's unlikely that he'll ever be able to come back....things have tightened up ALOT since 2002. It also depends on which country he's from. If he's from a Middle Eastern country, forget it.
