Orgasm difficulty is a very common problem for many women, usually after childbirth or for those on birth control, although younger women and women of all ages can also experience the problem. The causes range from some type of physical or emotional trauma, such as damage to the nerves of the sexual organs or excessive anxiety. Overuse of vibrators can also cause low sensitivity leading to orgasm difficulty. Hormonal imbalances also results in difficult arousal and the lack of sexual urge and orgasm difficulty.

This makes me feel better...because I am also not having any. I've tried different positions, but nothing seems to work, not even masturbation. I've been getting very frustrated about this. I also used to have them in the past (when I started having sex), but now I'm 21 and haven't had anymore. Some women I've talked with say that they started having them once they got older, but I personally don't want to wait that long.
I do have a very supportive boyfriend who keeps trying with me, so I wish the same for you. When you find out how to have an orgasm, though, please let me know!

As a guy, i'd say technically that is an same feeling yet there are different factors that make sexual orgasms more effective perfect. For one, in basic terms the emotional/actual "contained in the instantaneous" adventure of sex makes the climax experience a lot more effective perfect than sitting abode on my own such as your hand haha. And 2, being interior a lady feels a lot more effective perfect than your palm : )

Lack of orgasm is directly related to too much stress in one's life. Learn to relax and allow your body to naturally reach its states of arousal. Some medications also cause a loss in libido, aka an ability to become aroused and obtain orgasm. Some women have "quiet" orgasms - others go into spasm.

If you have a partner, have him stimulate your G-Spot which is located one or two inches inside you. Have him move his finger in a "come hither" motion and rub around the area.

70% of women do not have orgasms during sex. Most women have to get "rubbed on" to have an orgasm. Women usually don't get stimulated by thrusting. It is the friction like when they are rubbed on that gives them orgasms. I looked it up because I was wondering the same thing but I don't remember where i found it.
