Is there a site for downloading games that will take Pay Pall for payment?

I have found lots of games I would like to buy online, but they all want credit cards and I only have Pay Pall.

I found one. It's called GameHouse. Lots of games, too.

Most sites do. Just search for the paypal button a bit.

I think that SkillJam does. Also, you can try GameTap. They are free for 7 days no credit card required just an email address.
