2Pb + O2 ---> 2PbO.

Your question is not very clear. Let's assume you have a piece of lead. Before and after the reaction above you will have the same amount of lead. Will it be heavier and thus have more mass? yes, because now you have the added oxygen....

umm...law of conservation of mass says mass is neither created nor destroyed in reactions
