you should definatly tell your parents. you would feel more secure about telling your parents and then dating

If your parents don't know than u really ani't dating. B/c they stop a lot of action. All that sneaking around can cause u a lot of heartache and pain. Plus that might give him the right to cheat on u.

Tell your parents about him. Otherwise they wont trust you. Dating should happen only after age 15 unless they agree for him to come over

if they care if u date or not before u go to collage like my parents do, date secretly, if they like the boy or never met him and they let u date before u go to college tell them.

if you're not allowed to date, don't tell your parents. Odds are, it might not work out anyway.
If it starts turning into something serious (think 6 months +) then you should come clean.
