how can i get really ripped abs and loose my love handels in time for summer. i currently have a 4 pack...lol.....but i want a 6 pack. i dont have huge luv handels but would like my sides to be flat. i now do about 100 situps, 200 crunches, 150 full body crunches (i think thats what they're called) and 75 planks. the planks really work my lower abs but i want to know anyother work out that can work those areas. thank you

My son is a rower and he's really ripped. But he's 17. :-D

If you're over 30 you're going to have to eat really, really healthy, too. You just can't cut corners if you want to look phenomenal over age 30. So.... lots of steamed vegetables, lean meat, modest amounts of fresh fruit, only whole grain carbs, eliminate alcohol, fruit juice, sodas, processed foods.

Whole body workout like rowing should really help, though.
