I mean cheap. Cheap and easy. I am not as conscerned about quantity, just quality, and nothing like a car radiator that will poison me. I know of the dangers of this but i would like to try this out as an expiriment without spending much money or time in the process of creating a still. Thanks for any help!

Try freezing instead. As it is not distillation, you will not need a licence. The water will freeze off first, and you are less likely to get blown up.
