This thought just strick me, there are loads of "reality" TV shows out there, but what do we define as reality. Personally I reckon Rock School, with Gene Simmons (sorry if the spelling's wrong) is reality TV, because the participants are actually getting something back for their time. What does the rest of the Yahoo! community think?

Reality tv is crap, and it saves tv companies money instead of producing good quality shows. Whats coming on now at 11.00pm? Karaoke Queen!! What next "I am at the dentist get me out of here" or A week in the life of an undertaker.

reality T.V. is pretty cheap T.V. and it usually involves cheap hasbeens or drama school wannabes and it is contrived as Hell, I had a friend who's family were featured on Honey We're Killing the Kids and he told me that Granada distorted the truth and you know what? I believe him, so there goes televiosions credibility down the pan. To tell you the truth the media causes more trouble than it solves I dopn't own a television for that reason.

I think they are totally boring, Lets face it, its people sitting in their sitting rooms watching people in their sitting sitting rooms or on an island. The reality of it is that you need to be totally bored with everything to sit there and watch!
