Gilbert Arenas. Filling the stat sheet with points, threes and steals is the norm for the lightning quick All-Star, and he just keeps getting better and better. It seems as though there is no ceiling for this guy, as he improves his game in nearly every aspect every year. A deadly sharpshooter from the outside, Arenas can also use his quickness to drive to the hoop or nail down a mid-range jumper. Putting the ball in the basket isn’t his only saving grace, though. He’s improved his court-vision during the last few seasons and will dish out around six assists per game. The best part of his game, however, has to be his free throw shooting. Much like Dwyane Wade, Arenas is adept at drawing fouls on his way to the basket. Not many can match his 82 percent from the line in 10 free throw attempts per game.

Steve Nash. Arenas is not a tru point and he has to put up 30-40 points for his team to win.

So Matt, does being a better scorer make you a better player? They're styles of play are a total contrast, but if you look at the job of their position, it's to distribute the ball to their teammates while they are in they're best position to score. Nobody does that better than Nash. Arenas is more dynamic because he can score and dish, but as a point man, he shoots first, second and passes third.

Steve Nash. Two time reigning MVP - he gets the "best point guard in the NBA" title until somebody takes it away.
