Actually, this is one of the great mysteries in modern physics. One hypothesis comes from string theory, which postulates multiple additional dimensions that have been "compacted" to a very small size and cannot be seen. According to this hypothesis, gravity is the only force that "spreads out" into these additional dimensions, which accounts for its weakness. It doesn't "seem to be" - it is the weakest force.

Consider, a small refrigerator magnet can easily overcome the entire gravitational pull of the earth.

every mass has its own gravity
even your body but it is realy small
the earth`s gravity is big due to its size
