Guess what I'm going to do? I'm going to dress up as the loch ness sea monster w/ a chainsaw in my hands and ask kids if they have "tree fity". Then I'm going to spray paint a Nintendo Wii on all the peoples houses in my hood.

Please don't play any pranks that will endanger your neighbors, damage their property, or terribly inconvenience them.
I hope that's a fake chainsaw you're carrying! A real one could hurt you or them. It would be like running with scissors. (Don't do that either!)
Instead of spray paint, use colored chalk. It'll be easier for your neighbors to wash off. You might also tape signs to their houses, using a tape that won't take off paint when your neighbors peel the sign off.

cool, but no spray painting. eggs and toilet paper maybe but spray paint goes beyond simple stuff.
