if i lit sparklers on the beach just a couple, would it be illegal?

All establishments that sell fireworks - and that includes sparklers are obliged to provice safety information especially regarding by-laws. your local council consumer protection department should also be able to offer guidance.

The thing about all fireworks is that they are both beautiful and potentially lethal. Because some are noisy and clearly dangerous you treat them with caution. The same should apply across the board.

But do have fun though.

Depends on the beach. Sparklers cause more injuries than fireworks.

You should check with the local fire dept. In Maryland, fireworks are illegal but sparklers are not.

fireworks all come under the heading of pyrotechnics, and this includes sparklers, so yes they are a firework.
as for being legal or illegal i suppose that would depend on where you are.

Party poppers are classed as fireworks that is why their is an age restriction on them so i would imagine sparklers are aswell

I can remember sparklers when I was a little girl I loved them. Make sure that there are responsible adults around because they can still be dangerous.

I used to write in mid-air my name... I thought it was cool.

no , fireworks are generally launched or propelled into to the air prior to explosion. although bottle rockets are nothing more than airborn firecrackers, they are considered fireworks.

it depend on how big they r (i am pretty sure) if it is huge then yes medium is well... u have to ask police and with small ones probably not
