I call my sister and hum or sing the tune to her which set her off and leaves me free until the next tune starts in. It has to be someone outside my house, or I just end up with everyone in the house stuck on the same song.

as an ex musician, I have 100,000 songs in my head...when I cant stop one going on and on, I tune my headset in some weird station and concentrate on that....works for me...
