An unstable psychiatrist, that way I'd be falling into a "normal" category for once.

A smoking doctor. Doctor's are generally very stressed out and if they had already been smoking before they were a doctor it would probably be hard to quit since it's so addictive. It doesn't matter what you KNOW to be good for you it's physical.
A toothless dentist would be scary!!! You'd have to look up into that gaping hole of a mouth!!! A fat dietician wouldn't make me feel as though I should follow his/her advice (might end up the same way)! Also I wouldn't want a schizophrenic psychiatrist giving me my drugs. I think a good travel agent should probably enjoy (or at least tolerate) traveling and generally being out and about in order to be able to help people do the same. I like my bartenders to have at least 1 drink. The more they have the better chance I have in getting free drinks. And a dirty fingered gynocologist just speaks for itself. That's horrid!!!
So that's my answer.

Well lets break it down:
Toothless dentist isn't such a bad thing really....Maybe he is really old and had bad teeth....who really cares about how he takes care of his teeth anyhow.....it is the way he takes care of yours that really matters!
The fat dietician is the same deal really....Who cares what she does with her body as long as she is educated in her field and has the right information.
The smoking doctor isn't such a good idea because that smoke stays on his clothes and is unhealthy to those around him especially small children...but again it is his choice...
An unstable shrink....bad idea....for obvious reasons....take some meds Doc!
I do not feel like looking up the word xenaphobic so whatever....it don't really matter what he is afraid of as long as he can do his job at his desk....
The sober bartender is my choice on who I would rather have...I don't drink so it would be super coo with me
and the Gyno with the dirty hands....that is the worst of all...you are FIRED!

Either an unstable psychiatrist (it would amuse me) or a sober bartender (to have enough sense to cut me off when ive had too many drinks)

The sober bartender, obviously.
If he's sober and keeps his cool, that means that he has a greatest chance of mixing my drinks properly and not spilling them.
sober bartender = yummy drinks = happiness
The downside is that I won't be able to lower the prices...oh well...
