I'm assuming you mean Sadie Hawkins dances, where the girls ask they guys to go with them. Usually, they're casual, but you might want to make sure, just in case. You may not want to go so casual as to wear jeans, but for guys, a nice pair of cargo khakis would work. For girls, dressy jeans or a mini is just fine. Have fun at the dance!

my sister and brother have sadie's at there school and they wear khaki pants and a nice shirt for boys and the girls wear a simple dress or skirt.........kinda like homcomig but a lil more casual

Matching outfits, and you can make them totally fun. Typically it's pretty casual.
