The baby can flip at any time. My son was head down, nose down for the last couple of months of my pregnancy. Then, during labor, or when my water broke-sometime in that last week, he turned nose up head down still.... but that made it so much more difficult- 19hrs of labor, then a c-section! so they can turn and flip anytime! also, during labor, they had me in so many positions to try to get him to turn, nothing worked though.... that was because he weighed 9lbs 10oz. If he were a lot smaller, I prob could have had him natural. We had no idea he was that big though!

My doctor started talking more and more about the possibility of a c-section when my daugher was still the wrong way at 36 weeks. But he also pointed out that babies can decide to flip over at any time - even on the day that they are due!
The more time goes by, the more likely it is that there will have to be a c-section. I don't have exact number odds on me, but there is still a good chance the baby will flip back around the right way over the next couple of weeks. And if you are worried about a c-section, they aren't the end of the world :) I had one. I haven't been with many different guys since I had it, but none of them seemed bothered by the scar. And if you have a good helper, it's kinda nice to have someone waiting on you for a few weeks. Or if you are like me and don't have a good helper, there's an extra sense of pride that comes with knowing you took care of the baby yourself for the first few weeks.

The baby can turn even at 35 weeks, but the the odds drop every day that goes by. I've only known 2 people whose baby's were breech at 35 weeks and both ended up having a C-section.

the baby can still turn at 35 weeks. if your baby is in breach position at time of birth a c-section will be scheduled.
but some women have had to have emergency c -section half way through labour for other reasons. so there is still a high chance your partner will have c-section, but dont worry too much.
my first son was head down at 35 weeks and stayed there.
with your first baby once his head is engaged he will stay egaged until birth, if this is your 2nd the baby can still move back up.
your baby may be down but not yet engaged so there is still a chance of him moving

There's a chanc the baby might turn around, ad if it doesn't I would just have a cesarean section... It's not so terrible and much more predictable.

You need to do something called the breech tilt. You lay on your back on an incline with your pelvis higher than your head. You do this for 20 minutes at a time twice a day. It will get 75-80% of the babies to turn.

The odds are not favorable, unless you find a midwife or doctor that is willing to deliver a breech. They do exsist. An "external version" can also be attempted to get that baby situated.

I had my son at 35 weeks and he was breech... He had been breech since i was like 30 weeks. He didn't turn at all. I went into labor early and it couldn't be stopped but he was healthy. (I had a c-section)
Good luck

I would say it's still about 50/50....many babies change at 36-37 weeks, so it is still possible. Good Luck!
