Stuart R & Bobby H nailed it. "Dark Side of the Moon" by PF is trippy perfection.

You might also want to try Shatner's "Has Been". A couple of his songs are definitely in the "out there" category.

Also Led Zeppelin's "II" and "Houses of the Holy"

Pink Floyd's Dark side of the moon as suggested. But out of personal experience Queen's song Bicycle sent me way the hell out there once and it wasn't pretty. Or why listen? WATCH Pink Floyds The Wall and all will be one with the universe.
