i had seen one a long time ago that was called dolly dearest, and they were a bunch of dolls that were supposed to be the devils.... not sure if that is the one you are thinking of though since i don't remember if they had fangs or not.
but it also sounds like It's Alive... but they had 3 or more parts to it.

It's Alive and It's Alive II. I believe they were the result of toxic shock syndrome brought on by tampon use. Ug, I can't believe I remembered that.
