Yes, coffee and one meal a day should do it.
(Try www.herbalvitality.info for good Meal Replacement Drinks)
The quick way to lose weight is simply NOT TO EAT ENOUGH.
(and the less you eat, the more affordable it is)
Of course, I can't make it good for your health. You'll feel weak, you'll look fatter (loss of muscle leaves the fat unsupported, so it sags more), your breath will smell, your digestion will deteriorate and you'll be irritable and probably lose sleep.
But you will weigh less.
On the other hand, you can start by doing some gentle exercises, including a warmup (no jogging) that wriggles each bodypart around a bit, some strength exercises such as pressups (start against the wall, get your technique sorted out, then progress to working on the floor when your movement is nice and smooth; knee pressups first, then full length when you're used to the movement) and squats (small movement to start with, feet wide apart, don't do too many, add small amounts of depth and small increase in reps), as well as GENTLE stretches (start with calf and shoulder, add others as you get used to the feeling. try to end up with a stretch for each bodypart you exercise.), and some cardio work (hydraulic rowing machine is underrated and inexpensive), ending with a gentle cooldown.
That way, if you cut back a little on the fats in your current diet, you'll end up looking and feeling more muscular & healthy, without losing a whole lot of weight. With a bit of momentum, you'll start making other changes: more wholemeal, less processed, tomatoes & brassicas, a little tasty cheese instead of lots of the processed kind, different spreads and salad dressings.
Do enough of it, and the right girl will probably look at you the right way when she does show up.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a missing rope, skip for two min's, do push ups for 60 seconds or so, skip for two minutes, rest for example minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups and also do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s an instant, effective workout that will improve results than a long run or swim.

Try high Fibre products, fills you up and low in calories.
I use Porridge, just microwave it with water ( i use a Microwave Pudding Bowl). For additional flavour add Cinammon or Honey, All Spice etc. A bowl for Breakfast and Lunch will fill you up all day. Thereby Saving 1000 calories a day, a sensible Tea/Dinner of Grilled lean meat or fish, hey presto..

What a load of rubbish! - Do it sensibly. Go see a nutritionist. And if like me, you need a nudge now and again to get you revved up. Get down the gym and enquire about having a personal training session or two.

Set performance-based goals. Always set yourself incrementally larger goals each week to make certain you’re engaged and have something to shoot for. Each little achievement is also an incentive that you’re going in the proper direction. From doing 10 more squats to mastering a new yoga pose, whatever floats your own boat.

Don’t count calories after you eat. Check the calories before you dive in and you might find it puts you down that extra chocolate chip piece of food.

Amputation. If you get a good back-street surgeon to lop of one (or maybe all) of your limbs you will find you can reduce your weight by almost 50%.
Rapid enough?
