I'm looking for a part-time job in the run up to Christmas which I can do as a second job in the evenings and/or weekend. I'd like something which has the potential to give me good tips, is waiting in a restaurant the best bet? And are normal restaurants better for this than hotel ones? What is bar work like? Ideally something that wouldn't leave me too knackered. Thanks!

i just ask something similar, well i did bar job and waititng before, waiting is give u much more tip than bar work cause people dont give tip when they buy a drink! but sometime they can be nice and buy the whole bar staffs a drink! i normally dont want that drink and take money instead! hehe...but waiting is so depend on where u work aswell, some places they let u take that tip,(i went home some sat night with 20 pounds coin in my pocket) some places u have to share with the other(put tips in a bottle or box then wait to share but its completly nonsense-i think so anyway cause i havent got anything out of it,dont even know when it empty by gosh know who) so make sure u know whats the rule where u could work. and bar wok,fun fun and stress at the same time depend how u cope,i like it,
i hope this help...careful with the tax u got to paid for second job tho, sometime u earn over the limit then u end up pay more tax than what u actually rean,so find something which u can havecash tip would be the best! good luck...i like hard worker like u.

I recommend Forever Living Products - you can do as many or as few hours as you like and typically on 1-2 hours a day you will earn £1200 per month after 5 months and £30-£40k per year after 2-3 years - if you do more hours you should get more.

They are a $2 billion company growing at 25% per year and need a lot more people - no investment required also, regulated by Dti and Office of Fair trading and have investors in people award also.

working in a restaurant would give you better tips, if you work in a hotel restaurant you usually have to share your tips, if you work in most other restaurants you usually get to keep your own tips but have to tip out bar & kitchen a percentage of what you make, If you looking at waitressing or bar work it will make you knackered you dont get money for nothing

If you know driving and then you must join PNEMT . PNEMT stands for: “Private, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation”. Ok, so let me explain to you exactly what a PNEMT driver does, and how easy it is to profit from. If you know how to drive a car, and own a clean and reliable vehicle…plus you are punctual and on time, then that’s all you need to be a success as a PNEMT driver. No CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required, and you don’t have to invest in any other type of vehicle.

A gift is something someone gives willingly. There's not a right or wrong when it comes to this. There is tradition and modern. I think it's a sweet idea. She can ask the bridesmaids for their opinions. My bridesmaids said they don't care for jewelry and wanted other things. I'm getting them some of the things they mentioned instead.

Er...prostitution springs to mind...though I think that is more a lifestyle choice than a holiday job.
