I m in 2 year college and this is my first samester. I m doubt that i m gonna get low GPA this samester. Is there still possibility that if i do really good next samester i can become a physician. I will transfer to 4 year college after my second samester.

It definitely is not an easy program. In addition to your general education courses such as history and English, you must take very rigorous science courses in college and earn a very good GPA to be admitted to medical school.
Med school is going to take you another four years and then you have to do an internship and a residency.

If you are looking for something easy, keep on looking.
I wouldn't want to be treated by a Physician that is too lazy to keep up with current treatment options. ( or even use spell check)
After 4 years of college, you will need 4 years of Medical School, then a year or 2 of internship.
If you are going to specialize, add another 1-4 years of residency.

You are in a low level college in your first semester and not doing well....it is time for you to reassess your goals, looks like this one is a long shot.
Most accredited med schools expect someone who has gotten through a four year university while taking hard course loads, with lots of hours, lots of labs, high GPA, while becoming outstanding in extracurricular activites and service.
There is no disgrace is realizing your true potential, or lack of it.

Move to India. It seems they let real idiots get medical degrees over there, then they transfer here.

No its very difficult... I know someone who couldnt hack it and hes a bartender now
