Contact your local / state police. As this information is considered as "right of the public" they will provide you a list of names and addresses of all offenders in your area. Some cities post this online as well. But it is your right to protect your children from dangerous people that may live in your area. Most communities don't realize how often these individuals quitely move into our neighborhoods. I know some states require the offender to notify their community of their presence by going door to door. Generally, these people don't do this and just move in. good luck and happy hunting.

you can look online, but keep in mind that most sex offenders abuse people they already know, so you finding out where they live probably won't pertain to you. even though the cases you see on the news are kids getting taken by total strangers that rarely happens.
