If you can ACTUALLY prove it was discrimination you should hire an attorney. If you cannot prove this, then don't waste your time.
Any scumbag attorney will take your case. Make sure you can win before you start shelling money out to him. Or make him work on the basis that he only gets paid if you collect.
As for now, go to the unemployment office and get your $250 a week.

You can start your own home based business and work for fulfillment of your dreams, not someone else's. Apparently, you were employed by bigoted people that were also discriminatory towards age. It is commonly believed that self employment takes big bucks. It doesn't.
