I think it is going to be pretty close. I would say the republicans except that there have been a few scandals such as the ad aimed at Harold Ford Jr. and the the misconduct of Mark Foley.
The ad against Harold Ford Jr. was nasty, but there is a lot of nasty ads out there this time around from both sides of the aisle.

If the republicans could cheat Bush in, it is possible they can rig any election they so desire.
As much as I hate to say it
(as a Liberal Republican against the Iraq War) I just don't think the democrats have everything wrapped up like the recent polls purport.
All I've seen from the Reps are violent, vicious Ads (especially the race bating against Henry Ford Jr) and the Democrats seem to be toothless and faceless - though they are trying to prop up Barak Obama and Hillary for 2008.

My thoughts are this, whichever party "wins", the American people will lose. Until we have term-limits, we will continue to lose. It should be apparent that the longer a person stays in Congress the stronger the lure of easy money becomes.
