Of course, Bush had a plan.....a plan on how to make more money. A country destroyed by war needs to be rebuilt, and who better to rebuild it than corporations whose major stock-holders are the already too rich CEO A-wipes and all are Bush buddies.
Ever wonder what corporations are supplying anything and everything from shovels to bulldozers to rebuild all the buildings, bridges, schools, canals, palaces and whatever needs rebuilt in Iraq. Do some research, you'll be amazed at who owns the majority of stock for these corporations.

Dems did not HAVE to have a plan, Bush did, but he didn't.

Now he's using the same old rhetoric to distract Americans from his pisspoor performance.

He is the first president to blame the prior administration for not 1 but 6 years of failure.

He takes absolutely no responsiblity for his ineptitude and all repukes encourage it.

Wake up, for Christ sakes! You are just helping the demise of the wonderful country.

Bush and his military advisors (who were, before Bush, and would be again the SAME military advisors to a Democrat President) had a plan that got in trouble. Then all of us nice dumb Americans found out just how rotten the terrorists really are. We had no problem at all defeating Saddam in open warfare, but then the Iraqi terrorist guerillas popped up.

We had people like Ollie North, that knew well and stated clearly just who the opposition was and how dangerous they were, back in the days of the Iran Contra hearings. Senator Al Gore ridiculed him. Maybe Gore should have listened. The fact is that nobody knew what to expect, except people like Ollie North and the people that novelist Tom Clancy got his information from. Today, Ollie North writes novels too, on the subjects of Saddam and terrorism. You can get a lot of good relevant information from his novels.

Sure, go in and kick ***. What else did he need? A plan beyond that? No, really, I do think he had a plan, but it just wasn't thought out far enough. Nor did it take into account the reality of the enemy. I don't think anyone thinks we don't need to make adjustments, and it was good to see Bush admit to that.
