I placed an order in August and was to receive the item by the end of September. I cannot find a phone number on the website so I have sent 4 emails to the email address on the website, but I am getting no response. The BBB cannot locate them in their system. What should I do?

You can dispute the charge on your credit card and contact the attorney general or consumer affairs in your state and the other companies state.

Keep in mind that even though you dispute the item w/ your credit card company, the company that charged you could try to prove they attempted delivery but for whatever reason couldn't be delivered, etc. If this happens and your credit card company finds in the favor of the company that charged you, it could result in a chargeback that you'll be responsible for.
