got a three phone dillema...what can i do?

I lost my cell phone, and had insurance so they are sending me another phone, but my brother already got me a new phone (he didnt know i had insurance) AND THEN i found the phone I lost

I like the one my brother got me, so can I just sell my old one and the one they sent as a replacement?

Ethical dilemma.

Well, the right thing would be to inform the insurance company that you recovered your phone.
Tell you brother too, and since you like it soo much, ask if you could keep it and sell the old one off :-)
